- Take Maize meal
- Prepare Water
- Take Spinach

- Boil water,cook the maize meal(ugali) till ready.
- Saute the onions till translucent,add spinach cook untill completely cooked and soft.Add salt to taste.
- Heat up a pan,place the already fried tilapia just to warm it up…when ready place it on a plate and sprinkle lemon juice to season.
- Cut the tomatoes,onions and dhania(in your prefered size) to make a salad,pepper is optional.I didnt use pepper because I didnt go with the traditional tomatoe,onion sauce…I opted for the yoghurt sauce which already has a kick to it,cz of the lemon juice,black pepper,garlic and ginger.l feel like it pair really well with white meat…
