  8. Place non stick pan on fire, add hot, allow to heat up, fry till golden brown. Once that is done remove from oil and place on paper towel yo drain excess oil and your chinken spring is ready to enjoy.

Fill each pocket with apple mixture. In a shallow dish, whisk together eggs, milk, and vanilla until combined. Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high. Spoon apple mixture evenly on top of bread mixture. The logic side of my brain says NO, this is not a healthy breakfast food.
