  4. Continue with the olive oil and knead for 2min. Add the sesame seeds and keep kneading on medium speed for 4min.

  6. Shape the dough into a ball and put it in a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and place it in a warm spot. Allow it to rise for 1hr.
  7. Oil your hands and your bench and take the dough out. Press gently to deflate it. Weigh the dough and cut it into 20 equal pieces.
  8. Shape the first 10 bread rolls. Arrange them on a baking tray covered with parchment paper. Cover with plastic and set aside. Preheat your oven at 180ºC / 350⁰F.
  9. Shape the rest of the bread rolls. Cover with plastic and set aside
  10. Brush the first bread rolls with milk and bake for 25min. Repeat the process for the second baking tray. Enjoy!
