Hey everyone, it is me again, Dan, welcome to my recipe page. Today, I will show you a way to prepare a distinctive dish, dahi vada. One of my favorites. This time, I am going to make it a little bit unique. This is gonna smell and look delicious.

Dahi Vada is one of the most well liked of current trending meals on earth. It is easy, it is fast, it tastes yummy. It is enjoyed by millions every day. They’re fine and they look wonderful. Dahi Vada is something that I have loved my whole life.

To get started with this recipe, we must prepare a few ingredients. You can cook dahi vada using 3 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you cook it.

The ingredients needed to make Dahi Vada:
  1. Get 1 glass or tumbler Urad Dal (Full one if available will be best)
  2. Prepare 3-4 Green Chillies
  3. Get to taste Salt
Steps to make Dahi Vada:
  1. Soak the Urad Dal for 1 - 2 hours. The water quantity should be more than the Urad Dal so that it soaks well.
  2. After 1 - 2 hours grind it finely along with Green Chillies and Salt. You can add little pepper powder if you like.
  3. Heat oil in a Kadai. Once hot, you can make the Vadas.
  4. Then put the Vadas in hot water so that it becomes soft and fluffy.
  5. In the meanwhile, beat the thick Dahi / Curd and add powdered sugar to it according to taste. Keep it aside.
  6. When the Vadas are soft, remove from water and put it in the Dahi / Curd. Garnish with a dash of Red Chilli Powder and chopped Coriander leaves and serve. We like it this way. Simple and tasty. But, you can also garnish with Coriander Chutney and Sweet Imli Dates Chutney if you like (optional).
