Since I've never been much of a meat eater while growing up, I came to love all kinds of veggie pasta dishes. Personally, since starting a plant-based diet, I've found it difficult to include lentils into my daily meals.

- Place 2-3 lentil balls on the spaghetti and pour in red pasta sauce on top (quantity of the sauce is as per your liking)
- Garnish with remaining chopped parsley and grated parmesan cheese
