  2. Slice The Sauasages
  3. Heat the sausages and oil in a pan over a medium heat for 5 minutes
  4. Add the celery. Heat for a further 5 minutes
  5. In a large bowl add the 2 litres water to the stock cubes.
  6. Leave to stand for 2 minutes then stir untill dissolved
  7. Open and drain the peas. Wash in a colander
  8. Add the stock and peas to the pan
  9. Peel and crush the garlic
  10. Add dried mixed herbs and crushed garlic
  11. Simmer for 20 minutes
  12. Serve and enjoy with a nice big peice of crusty bread and butter :-)
