Instructions to make Bavarian Doughnuts:
  1. Put Milk and water (lukewarm) in a large bowl. Add sugar and instant yeast in it.
  2. Add Egg (at room temperature) mix them well. Add sifted flour with butter and knead it make a smooth dough. Cover and leave for rise.
  3. When rised and doubles in size then knead again for 2 minutes. Roll the dough and flatten. Cut rounds with round cutter.
  4. Cover the dough rounds for 10 minutes then heat up oil at low to medium flame and fry doughnuts from both sides till golden brown.
  5. BAVARIAN CUSTARD CRÉAM: add wok in wok/pan then add milk in it. Add egg yolks and sugar and mix well.
  6. Dissolve cornflour in little milk with vanilla essence. Mix well then add into the simmering milk and stirring continuously then add whipping cream and cook until thick. Let it cool.
  7. Roll the warm doughnuts into fine sugar or fine brown sugar. Then make hole and fill doughnuts with tastiest Bavarian cream.
  8. Delicious in taste & soft in texture with silky smooth Bavarian Créam is ready to tempting taste buds. Must try. (I fill few of them with chocolate Ganache it's optional).
