This is a moreish fudge made with the biscoff spread and jam packed with chunks of Lotus biscuits. The fudge will be wrapped in cellophane and pretty tissue paper for posting so would make a lovely.   2. Add biscoff crumbs, coconut powder and almond powder and mix well. Add ghee and mix well until ghee is incorporated. Lastly pour the mixture in a greased tray and smooth over. Let it set in the fridge for 3-4 hours to set. Remove and cut in squares. Best eaten next day.
