Instructions to make Poppy Seed - Curd Cheesecake:
  1. Mix & blend the ingredients of the dough, forming a solid dough texture. Wrap it into a cling film and leave in the fridge for 30-40 minutes.
  2. All the ingredients for the poppy seed layer are put in a pot, cooking for 3-4 minutes. The set aside cooling down.
  3. For the Curd Cheese Layer, using a hand mixer, we make the curd cheese creamier texture, then stir the rest of the ingredients in.
  4. Take the dough out of the fridge and pin roll it out to round cake spring form, getting 2-3 cm larger than the actual spring form. Place into the form, laying into the bottom & around the side.
