The ingredients needed to make Homemade Coleslaw:
  1. Prepare 1 small “ head” White Cabbage
  2. Make ready 2 large Onions
  3. Take 200 Grams Carrots
  4. Make ready Cup Sweetcorn (fresh or frozen)
  5. Get Cup Peas (fresh or frozen)
  6. Take Cup Mixed Sweet Peppers(Fresh /Frozen)
  7. Get 600 Grams Mayonnaise (Heinz is best!)
  8. Make ready Black Pepper
Instructions to make Homemade Coleslaw:
  1. Wash, then cut the cabbage into quarters. Remove center stalk. Slice and dice into small pieces. Place in a large bowl.
  2. Peel Carrots, slice lengthways, then dice into small pieces. Add to bowl
  3. Peel, slice and dice Onions. Add to bowl.
  4. Cut the Sweet Peppers into small pieces, add to bowl.
  5. Add Peas and Sweetcorn. Add a good dollop of Mayonnaise and mix well.
  6. Add a sprinkle of Black Pepper, mix again, adding enough Mayonnaise until everything is coated but not swamped.
  7. Enjoy! Use within a week, or the Mayonnaise will go runny. Awesome for BBQ’s!!
