  1. Get 15 g Butter
  2. Take 50 g Pecorino Romano
  3. Get 1 stock cube (Beef, Chicken, or Vegetable)

Instructions to make Polenta Chips:
  1. Boil the water in a pot and add the stock cube.
  2. Gradually whisk in the polenta until it reaches a thick polenta reaches a porridge like consistency.
  3. Once the polenta is ready, add the cheese and butter and continue to mix in off the heat. Once mixed in we'll, allow to cool a little bit.
  4. Line a baking tray with cling film and pour in the mixture into the pan.

  6. When ready to cook, pre heat an oven to 190°C fan.
  7. Remove the polenta from the fridge. Turn it over onto a chopping board and peel away the cling film.
  8. Cut into chips and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with vegetable oil and place in the oven for 35mins or until browned.
