  3. In bowl,add Water,yellow food color,whisk well & set aside.In matka/clay pots,add prepared Yakhni,boiled rice,tomato slice,some Golden Brown Crispy onion,food color Mixture and cover with aluminum foil (makes 2-3 double serving matka).
