  3. Take Enough water to boil the meat
  4. Prepare Step 2 Spices

  19. Prepare 3 big potatoes - cut into cubes
  20. Take 1 tbsp rice flour/corn flour
  21. Take To taste - Chicken Seasoning powder
  22. Get To taste - salt

Prep carrot & potatoes. 4. Dilute rice flour/corn flour in a 1/2 cup of cold water.
  2. Preheat 2-3 tbsp of cooking oil before adding ingredients in step 2. Fry for a minute or less then add ingredients from step 3, keep stirring until translucent & aromatic. Turn off the heat. Pour this into meat pot & stir to combine.
  3. Add in ingredient from step 4. Season to taste. Let this bone/meat soup simmer to perfection.
