  2. Prepare 1 cup cubed carrots

Instructions to make Pork Giniling:
  1. Sauté garlic and onions and garlic, add pork, when turned brown, add 1/2 cup of water
  2. Simmer for 10 mins, add black pepper and soy sauce. Simmer for another 2 mins.
  3. Add carrots, potatoes and peas. Add water as needed not to dry the pork. After 5 mins, add tomato paste, mix well.
  4. Simmer for 10 mins.
