  5. Add the tofu and the beef steak, toast and cover the pot. Simmer for 5 minutes. Do not over mix else you’ll end up with scrambled tofu😂
  6. For the scrambled eggs, break the eggs in a bowl add onions, milk, salt, hot sauce, peppers. And fry
  7. I served mine with bread, you can go ahead and serves yours with rice or anything of choice.
